I have refined and adapted Judo incorporating Combat Judo for RWS - which is what the Japanese police and military train in. 

I'm more than confident if you allow me to train your team not only will they be more effective but it may also save their life if the unthinkable situation ever presents itself. 

The cost is £100 per person with a minimum of 6 persons in anyone session. 

You will need to provide the venue with a matted floor (Tatami or Jigsaw mats) 

Training can be done in ordinary clothing or if you prefer Judo/Jiujitsu Go (Uniform) 

Judo Gi's cost £49.99 each and last a lifetime. 

Under and up to 10 persons training will require 1 instructor - anything over this number we will provide 2 instructors 

The session will be 4 hours minimum in duration this could extend to 6 hours depending on how many persons in one group and will cover; 

1.Learning how to fall (Break falls) 

2.Throws and take downs 

3. Grips & control 

4. Defence against striking 

5. Control & restraint standing & on the ground. 

6. Effective holds and positioning.

7. Escapes from head locks & strangles 

8. Strangles & chokes , leg & arm locks 

9. Testing your new learnt skills under pressure 

10. Testing & certification.
